Wilson Lee is the Director of the Advanced Technologies Department, in the Research & Development division of the Estee Lauder Companies. Currently, he has a Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from Stony Brook University. Throughout the spam of his career, he has over 30 years of R&D experience within the cosmetic industry and has worked at Proctor & Gamble and Mary Kay prior to joining ELC almost twenty years ago. he has dozens of publications and Patents and the majority of them are related to polymer coatings and delivery systems. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor of the Material Science Engineering and Chemical Engineering Department for the past 10 years.
